Keto: Wide Awake With Insomnia

I love keto and IF as it has helped me incredibly to not only to lose weight but to begin being healthy again.
I have had pretty good success since I started December 9th, 2018. I was 240 pounds and now down to 190. One problem that I continue to keep having is keeping my electrolytes under control. I for some reason have a horrible time keeping up with an important key aspect.
I have experienced keto flu countless times over these 8 months I do believe that it has been a reason for the many plateaus that I have had. I guess what I was writing about is that I am hoping that I am not alone with this. Do you struggle with electrolytes?
(Wide awake with insomnia at the moment, finding it unbearable.)
Ways that I try to incorporate:
Ketoade with "No Salt", adding salt to my food, and taking a magnesium supplement. Some chunks of time I will be spot on with these techniques, but others I will completely ignore any kind of electrolyte treatment and suffer.

Hi, I had this my first time on keto. Might be worth trying some Pink Himalayan salt & add it to everything including water for drinking. I do not know the science behind it but it worked wonders for me0
