I've purchased 4 pairs of heels in the last 3wks. I've only worn one pair, once.2 -
Buying games that I don't play on GOG (used to be steam). I've had to drastically cut back, cause I'm now unemployed. But still.
Also playing vidya games.1 -

A couple of months ago I tried on a pair of boots that were supercool.
They were about $200 and although I liked them and they fit great, I thought: nah, I can live without them.
In the middle of the Covid outbreak they were on sale for $49.95 including shipping.
guess what is sitting in my closet.
I'm wear them someday.........3 -

My nicotine replacement therapy (mouth spray) is definetly an addiction......But better than smoking so I'm ok about it....for now...
Watching movies & documentaries is becoming an addiction. Well, lockdown probably has most folks tuning into their tv more...
I am planning a new addiction. Exercise. I hope it takes root 😆
I feel like in order to conquer one addiction, another type of addiction often replaces it, even if it's temporary. Nicotine is a beast, as is food. (Personal experiences)
Good luck to you kicking old habits! I'm confident exercise will never be my addiction. 😂

After veganism ... Meat
After after being freight weight ... Workouts and calorie management
After after after COVID-19 ... Shopping, making more money, wearing masks because when EVERYONE else gets sick, my sister & I do not. Hmmm 🤔

Thank you 😊 and ya, nicotine is very much a beast to kick. Food, also. I agree.
I think I'l do a gradual cut down with the NRT just like I did to quit the ecigarette. Gradual and slowly worked for me. So here's hoping I can chuck the NRT spray. A good motivator for me will be the money saved....it's like £20 once, sometimes twice a month to replenish the sprays so I could save that instead.
Exercise is a great replacement tool for smoking or even drinking in my experience.1 -

There are worse things than being addicted to Robert Palmer.
You might have had to face that you were addicted to love.
Was that someone's joke? if so, sorry and boo.0 -

Rehab: Tea and Lemonade0 -
- Coffee - taste; I get no reaction from high caffeine consumption
- Booze - mostly have this one under control, but I used to have a severe drinking problem in my 20s that required an intervention (but nowhere near as bad as a couple of others I went to school with)
- Knitting/crochet - I do this almost every day. I consider this a "healthy" addiction, although fancy yarns are like a death knell to my wallet. Oof.

Bubly lime sparkling soda. I must have about five a day. It’s my water. It has to bubble.4
