                    Continuing on from the September challenge which had a really great positive following ๐ and I welcome all new 1st timers๐
Iโve joined one of these groups in april, best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked or a Halloween party invite!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.

            Iโm in hoping to do 1st 5k this month too!7

            Count me in. I've been trying for several months to lose weight... did manage to quit gaining, but still only losing ounces at a time & yo-yo-ing... So... I did a bit of research & I'm going to try intermittent fasting for the rest of this year. I started today, so... here I go!
