4 lbs isn’t what I hoped for but it’s a great accomplishment for me nonetheless. It takes a lot of work & self control to shed those 4 lbs.
19 pounds to go! It gets harder the lower the numbers get. My heaviest was 225 & after being mangled by a van that hit me on my scooter, I’m blessed to get this far.
