Suggestions for kettlebell workouts for bingo wing arms please

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for kettlebell workouts that focus on upper arms without needing lunges and lots of knee bending etc? I’m trying to work on my upper arms but also have plantar fasciitis and a very painful knee that was operated on unsuccessfully previously. I don’t need a wheelchair workout but whilst I’m limited in my steps due to the PF, I’d like to work on upper arms if I can, without doing more damage.

I have 3 different weights of kettlebells and understand about warming up etc, I’d just like maybe a YouTube routine to follow or something similar that I can do 4/5 days a week to try to help fix my arms.
