Getting Back on MFP

So I took some time off of here and I need to get back into the action!!! I had to take some time off from exercising which then caused me to stop my good eating habits! I need to get back on track and just don't know how I am going to do that. I have maintained my weight which is good but ready to lose the other 20 that I want too!!!

Any good tips or advice to help me get back on track?
