You go into the strength activity, and suddenly instead of it showing your first screen and waiting for you to start, it gives you a menu, free training, or one of three workouts. If you choose a built in one, before each set it will show you what the exercise looks like with proper form.

Every Garmin I've owned had got features after I bought it, that weren't advertised or promised. Mine didn't have the animations yesterday.
