Hi,
I'm 28 and my hight is 5feet and 10inch
Or my weight is 85kg.
My target is 75kg.
My workout routine last a month.
60 mints to 80 mints cardio and gym . But no chang in my weight. Plz help

How many calories are you eating every day? How are you measuring that?1 -
Lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym.
All the exercise in the world and the best program won't make a bit of difference if you're eating more calories than you burn.0
