Looking for fellow theatre artists

Anyone here work in theatre, particularly non-performers? I’m a sound designer and composer for theatre (42yo, female, 135lbs). Long hours in dark theatres (“hurry up and wait” boredom) lead to an excess of snacking for me (and often a lack of exercise during those 10/12s). I’d love to find some fellow theatre technician friends who can relate!
