This may be like the nth time that I will try to lose some weight and I was hoping that I could find some fitness buddies here to motivate not only myself but also to motivate each other in order to reach our goals.     Hi Sofia, on your 10th try make sure you start fresh, with a new approach. Not only does your body adapt, but it's smarter than we are.

    Something that works this month, will probably not work next month so continue to change you routine constantly.

    The most MOST important thing is:
    Eat less calories then your daily expenditure but don't try too many tricks at once. IE: don't keto, intermittent fast, carb cycle, ext... all at once!!! They all work, but start slow and constantly.
    Make it for life, not temporary.
