Getting back on track!

I was former member of WW for the last 10 years, decided to cancel my membership a couple of months ago and try Myfitnesspal, hate the yearly changes to the program and I haven't made goal but I've came close, I need something more consistent. I've always been super active until a work related injury sidelined me 11 years ago. I eat healthy but I'm not as active as I once was, my nemesis is sugar...Ice Cream! Looking forward to this new journey... :)
