Need all the Support I Can Get

I have been counting my calories for about 2 months now. This is about my third time starting. I have to do this for my grandson. He needs me because his mom is not trying to hard to be a mother at this time. I have 200 plus pounds to loose. I have been cooking crockpot meals which has been giving us home cooked food and its been low in calorie meals. My daughter is counting her calories too. She only has to loose about 30 pounds. She is doing great.

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
