Time to Lose!

Hi All,

I had my 2nd baby a year ago and have yet to lose the baby weight!! I am determined to get back to where I started when I first downloaded this app 4 years ago. 145lbs. I am currently at 178 and have a ways to go. Looking for motivation and support through this app!

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
