New beginning for me

Hello everybody
I'm not new here but I kinda failed, I got few kg's again..but I'm here now and ready for change! I would be more than happy and thankfull if someone here would be willing to help me with exercises at home, without equipment, with nutrition what to eat, what to avoid and last but not least with motivation. I know I'm asking a lot, but I do believe in this community and to be honest I'm hoping to get help.

Hi, I exercise at home and I have an exercise bike I use sparingly due to a bad knee but tweak using my step box or weights, I have found some abs exercise routines on play store or you tube and do these barefoot cardio , low impact cardio. I don't diet but log my food daily walk whenever possible and try to stay under my 1200 calories ( yours might be different ). I added friends this time to keep on target I have found it makes me want to log in.
