Does anyone have any experience with them?

Pricing? Trustworthiness? Stuff like that.

I sort of need to hire some sort of maid service fast and I've seen them around.

They are bonded so they may be a little more expensive then other services. I read that if you get a cleaning service it is best that they are bonded to replace anything that could break. I would assume that it depends on the person but I would think the company vets them some. Also I believe it's at least a national company.

At $120 per hour you would expect them to be meticulous. They aren’t. They do deal with the situation immediately and have someone come back and clean the home but it happened far too often, so I cancelled with them. What was great about them is that were very accommodating on short notice but overall I felt they didn’t do a professional job.

Now that I have moved there are more options available. I just signed up with Three Little Birds Home Cleaning Services, they’ve been twice now, I could eat off the floor (I wouldn’t), but the house was spotless. I’m not sure if they are a chain or not, but my advice is to compare reviews to other services offered in your area. I don’t recommend Molly Maid, but again, they are privately owned and the staff is going to vary from place to place.

Yeah, I started reading reviews after emailing for an estimate. It seems they only get the job done if you're standing over them.

It seems like Three Little Birds is Canada only? Cute pics on the website tho! 😀
