Hi everyone.
I am back on MFP after a long stint away and I'm horrified to see that I have gained nearly two stones (28 pounds) in 2 years. I'm back here as I don't want it to get much worse and I love this site..... soooooo please add me as i have no friends lol and it's so more fun and enjoyable when people can share their journeys, encouragement and successes 😊 It helps me a lot...
