I need a tie breaker:
Should I do HIIT cardio after workout or no cardio at all?

Nothing wrong with cardio during a bulk provided you can fuel yourself to stay in a surplus and it doesn't impact your lifting and recovery. HIIT can be very taxing and can impact your lifting so I personally would not recommend it while bulking if your goal is muscle gain. Also if you have energy after lifting to do an actual intense HIIT session I would say you may not have pushed yourself enough during your session or your program isn't progressive enough.8

Wait I’m confused. Because after a 17 min hiit cardio workout i feel a significant fat loss. And I’ve had plenty of people tell me on other websites that it’s good for muscle growth. Can someone explain that?1

You can't "feel" fat loss.
All you can feel is that you have worked hard, most of the energy for that HIIT session wouldn't have come from fat stores as that is the majority fuel for low intensity cardio - not high intensity.
(Not that where your energy comes from is that significant anyway!)
And no HIIT (true HIIT, short duration maximal effort cardio intervals) is not the way to build muscle.13 -
I wish I could "feel" a fat loss. I definitely feel sweaty and all that, and if you think sweat is fat cells crying, then yep, i'm feeling fat loss.
HIIT won't build muscle, but nothing wrong with doing a bit of it - or a bit of any cardio - for you cardiovascular health. The heart is a muscle too, so working it is not bad. You won't lose all your gainz unless you go stupid and do too much cardio and don't eat enough and stop lifting. Then you might.
If you like to do cardio - do it.
