I went 11g over my fat , 26g over polyunsaturated and 11g over monounsaturated. Is that bad for weight loss?

Only calories matter for weight loss. Did you go over your calorie goal?3

Mfp sets the goal for the unsaturated fats as zero, because there is no usda recommended minimum or maximum. I just go by my total fat goal.
Regardless, calories determine weight loss. Macros can make it easier or harder to hit your calorie goal, depending on what macros you find filling, and you might want to keep an eye on one or more of the macros if you have health concerns or fitness goals.3
