Back on the keto wagon... Again. (I need keto friends!)

So I've never used myfitnesspal for keto, but I think it's time for me to get some accountability.

Here's a little bit about me.... My name is Alex, I'm 28, and I LOVE CHEESE. I'm currently keto cycling... So I am only weight training twice a week right now. I'm (fairly) strict keto, but on my workout days, I eat carbs to my heart's content.

I've been in an out of the gym for years. My foundation is in powerlifting, but I never was really able to stick with it. I'm now learning Olympic weightlifting and it is SO fun.

Sorry, this is kinda boring but I don't know what to say. I need friendship
