Making new changes

I was on WW for almost 2 full years. Over that time I lost between 20-30 lbs. The last 4 months or so I’ve hit what feels like an impassable roadblock. I drifted off tracking and finally decided I needed a break from WW. So here I am on MFP. I find myself looking for extra snacks...buying junk food...and generally making bad choices. I’m hoping to jumpstart my weight loss again here on MFP. Im always looking for new friends to aid in the journey.

Hi I’m a MFP returner after about 2 years. I am getting back into the tracking and weighing of food. It seems hard work at first but soon it will become second nature. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can encourage each other. You can do this!!!!0
