Eggs

Hi! I’ve gotten into the habit of eating two hard boiled eggs every morning (easy to grab and go). I’m around 50 and a woman. I grew up hearing how bad eggs were for you and now there’s more understanding, but it’s hard to shake that knowledge even if it’s erroneous. What do you guys think? Can a Middle Ages woman eat two eggs basically every day or will there be ill effects?

Unless you have medical issues indicating otherwise, there's no problem eating two eggs a day.
The media loves to hype different foods as "bad" or "good". Don't believe it.3 -

I'm 61 and eat two jumbo eggs every morning. My recent bloodwork was fantastic and I'm doing well with my weight loss.
Enjoy!1 -
Great! Thank you! Have great weekends, everyone.0
