Can anyone help?

Hi,
I have been using mfp for sometime now and when I track religiously I loose weight. Tonight my coach told me I should not be replacing calories but I am failing to understand what I am doing wrong? I am allocated 2070 calories per day and I tend to eat just under this. I exercise 3/4 times a week and my job is physical. I don't understand what he means by replacing calories? I don't use the extra calories I burn off. Can anyone help, please?

What you may be doing wrong is second guessing yourself with what some coach says. Are you losing weight at the rate of loss you selected when you put your info into MFP? If so, ignore the coach.3
