body pump

I go to a class called body pump. high reps of weights at a fast past , anyway I'm not sure how to log this any suggestions. I know it has to have some cardio but i don' t own a hrm and don't see one in my future :( any suggestions? And why doesn't my weight trainging count on my workout goals???

    Might want to use "circuit training" and the amount of time doing it for the Body Pump class. Also - simply use "strength training" & amount of time done.
