Jodi Higgs 30 day challenges

Hi just wanted to see if anyone else was doing any of the Jodi Higgs 30 day challenges.

I've been doing the ab challenge and the arm challenge. I'm 5 days and I can honestly say I can already feel a difference (even though it's only small).

My main problem area is my lower stomach, I have that annoying little pooch that developed after I had my son and it is finally getting smaller. YAY!

If anyone else is doing this and wants to chat about their progress, let me know :) I'm intrigued to hear how it's working for everyone else

    Never heard of this but I looked it up and am willing to give it a shot. I have to buy some weights for the arm exercises though. I also have a personal trainer so on the days he kick my *kitten* I know I wont be doing extra crunches or arm work!
