Hello!

I started my life change on August 6th. I need to lose weight but it's more than that for me. I want to be healthy, I want to eat well so I don't have to take medication when I am old. I began eating real foods, taking supplements, no fast food, no soda, etc. For me, it's been not only a "diet" change but a spiritual change. I just feel that we should take care of ourselves and enjoy this precious gift of life. I am 40 and already have achy joints. I have been on the treadmill every day even if it's just 15 minute and I've not cheated once. But I fear I could get discouraged so I am here. I'm just learning the site but I wanted to say hello! We can do it!!! =)
