Popcorn with chili garlic Cholula on top if I'm just snacking for fun, veggies and hummus or a handful of walnuts if I need energy.0

My new favorite is a mini-bagel toasted crunchy (toaster oven works better than a slot toaster) and dipped in mustard. Otherwise just the usual stuff -- 100kcals of almonds and maybe a string cheese, popchips with good salsa, veggie sticks with guacamole.0

I like turkey jerky or dried unsweetened mangoes0

Individual bag of goldfish. Yum0

3 Tbsp. of Trader Joe's guacamole with Veggie/Flax tortilla chips
Granny Smith apple w/almond butter
Plain non-fat Fage w/walnuts and fruit
Hummus w/carrots or celery sticks0 -
1. Frozen yogurt. Gets me my calcium almost every day.
2. Ham, crackers, and a really good cheddar cheese. Sometimes apple slices in addition or in place of the ham.
3. Pistachios. Lots and lots of pistachios. Almonds are a close second in this category.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm not much of a grazer - along with 2-3 good-sized meals, one decent snack a day usually does it for me.0 -
If you have a food processor, try
1 frozen banana
1/4 c. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Spin, scrape down, spin again and you will have healthy and yummy icecream.
It's so good, even my husband loves it.
If you can spare the calories, try adding a tbs. Of peanut butter or almond butter.0 -

35g of cinnamon covered almonds or a banana with a dab of Jif Whips on every bite.0

Almost every afternoon I have a Granny Smith apple and a handful of Wonderful Pistachios, this is my favorite snack.
Other times I'll have natural peanut butter on an english muffin, or pretzels with a handful of almonds0 -
Apples
100-calorie Dark Chocolate Dusted Almond pack
Cara cara oranges
Carrots and dip

Jerky--current mostly steak strips, though this summer I was doing turkey and salmon jerky. Definitely helps me with protein intake.
Peanut butter filled pretzels--I let them sit in my mouth until the pretzel dissolves and the peanut butter oozes out. Sounds a little weird, but makes the snack last longer.
Celery and hummus. Can't go wrong.0
