Lately I've been having a glass of milk and a serve of fruit in the morning, and about a half a cup of edamame in the afternoon.

My yogurt with honey or carrot sticks and pita chips with tzatziki sauce. All homemade. Although I need to make sure I have some Altoids available if I'm having tzatziki.

What is this sauce you speak of???? I've never heard of it. How do you make it?
tzatziki sauce is a traditional Mediterranean sauce made with yogurt and cucumbers. very yummy, and not /too/ bad health-wise, just not something I personally want to add to my routine. at 25ish Calories per tablespoon, I'd end up eating a couple hundred calories in addition to whatever I was using to scoop it up (pita bread, etc)

My new favorite is a mini-bagel toasted crunchy (toaster oven works better than a slot toaster) and dipped in mustard. Otherwise just the usual stuff -- 100kcals of almonds and maybe a string cheese, popchips with good salsa, veggie sticks with guacamole.

    1. Frozen yogurt. Gets me my calcium almost every day.
    2. Ham, crackers, and a really good cheddar cheese. Sometimes apple slices in addition or in place of the ham.
    3. Pistachios. Lots and lots of pistachios. Almonds are a close second in this category.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm not much of a grazer - along with 2-3 good-sized meals, one decent snack a day usually does it for me.

If you have a food processor, try
    1 frozen banana
1/4 c. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Spin, scrape down, spin again and you will have healthy and yummy icecream.
It's so good, even my husband loves it.
If you can spare the calories, try adding a tbs. Of peanut butter or almond butter.

I looooove pumpkin seeds. 58 seeds equal 140 calories and total satisfaction on my part.
