Good afternoon, I am struggling currently to stay on track with my health goals because i am obsessed with the scale, and it hasn't budged in MONTHS, all while eating right and exercising 5 times a week, any suggestions would help!! I am also looking to grow MFP friends, so feel free to add me, I need all the accountability partners i can get!
