I am new user and I must admit, I am sorry that I gave up my Noom membership. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why I don’t get credit for walking 22,000 steps! Is it a Fitbit issue or the app??
I appreciate any advice: the long drawn out discussions don’t make any sense to me...

Have you linked your Fitbit to MFP?

do you have your activity set as very active? is so it assumes a lot of steps.
If you set your level as sedentary, you should be getting quite a few "extra" cals.
could also be an issue with syncing

I’ve syched it several times and lowered my activity level from very active. Where might I find “credit” for activity. As I said before, I am use to Noom’s system, which was much friendlier. Thanks for your help; maybe I’ll change my activity level and give that a try
