Dealing with Achilles issues

Need some help on dealing with Achilles pain in foot. Hav had problem for 7 months which gets in way of my walking. Ben to doctor several times and best visit plans to boot my foot. I am not in favor of device. Any help or suggestions?

Hi Go on to Amazon and order the foot Rocker. What you need to do is stretch them. I know it hurts but this will help you . Good luck!
