Hey all
I have rheumatoid arthritis which is the main driving force in my being here. I've been following a mostly plant-based diet and work with a functional nutritionist. I'm down to a much lighter and less toxic medication, and now want to focus on losing weight to relieve stress on my joints. Would love to have some other RA Warrior friends to help keep me motivated!
