New here and on some days I don’t consume my daily calories. Can they be “rolled” over or how is that handled

Lately, I have been banking calories during the week so I can eat out at a restaurant on Friday (when I don't get a chance to exercise). Seems to be working well for me so far. Rolling over should be quite similar.

personally I haven't done that but I will, come Thanksgiving (already planning my strategy ) I would only use banked calories for the week at hand. Sunday, start fresh and don't get into habit of using banked calories from previous week(s).

I don't carry calories over and use them another day simply because I don't want to deal with the math.

I almost never hit my calories spot on. 100 over one day, 100 under one day. Just have to kind of watch to make sure I don’t get too many over (or under) days in a row.

All the time. I typically eat lighter during the week which allows me to eat tons on weekends
