Just a few little things that I like to do using tuna.
I love tuna salad just as much as the next person but I had to find even healthier ways for me to enjoy it besides having it with mayo so.....
*Tuna with plain Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, diced tomato and spices of your choice. I love lemon and pepper(Mrs Dash is my favorite), or salt and pepper to taste.
I love hard boiled eggs but have an allergy to the yolk so I got a little creative one day.
Tuna mixed with avocado, diced tomato, chopped onion, dash of chili powder or cayenne for a little heat or season how you like. Put mixture in the center of the hard boiled egg. Enjoy!
