New to the community! Have recently gained some weight and wanted some opinions/had some questions.
I am a 5’11” male. Last December I was a skinny 165 lb with a 32 inch waist. I have gained about 15 lb and am now 180 with a 38 inch waist. Seems like a lot of the weight I gained went to the belly. I also don’t feel like I’m fat and don’t feel like I really need to lose weight but a lot of body fat calculators say I’m “over fat” or “obese”.
Are these things accurate and do I really need to lose weight?
