This challenge is for people who want to lose 20 kilograms or 50 pounds (I know that they aren't identical but there's something about nice, round numbers).
There is no time limit (some of us don't do too well with deadlines).
Post daily or give a weekly update. Include as much detail as you are comfortable with
Celebrate other people's successes.

Friday 11th October today I want to stay at 6,000 kJ. That's all for today. I had lots of salt yesterday, so no weigh in today but yesterday I weighed 88.0 kg.0

Saturday - I ate 6,252 kJ yesterday which is slightly higher than preferred so I want to eat less than 6,000 to bring my average down. Still not weighing myself due to my salty meal 36 hours ago.0

Sunday 88.3 kg, I ate 6,252 again yesterday, same as Friday . Trying to get to 6,000 every day but it's a tad difficult right now0 -

Friday 87.0, my loss seems to have stuck. I ate 6,097 kJ yesterday which is slightly higher than preferred. Lowest weight in 37 days.

I've missed about 10 days here, I think that it's because when I have salty food I pause weigh-ins which causes me to stop posting. My most recent weigh-in was 87.1 kg.
