    I warm my way up to a single set of 8-10 before moving on to the rest of my lower body workout.

    I started strength training 11 weeks ago and currently on week 7 of a powerlifting plan. Monday I hit a pb of 112.5kg for 2 on deadlifts, it feels pretty awesome being able to pick up a heavy *kitten* weight.
