I started my fitness pal 14 days ago, as i fractured my knee so no where to go on complete bed rest. I had initally strted running while i wqs still 86 kg and i suppose my joints couldnt take my body weight so hence the fracture! I am now trying to stay below 1200 cal per day. Just wanted to ask that without any Excercise can i loose weight if i stay below 1200. Honestly its been 14 days and i see or feel no difference:((
