My name is Rachael and I am from London 🇬🇧, I am a serial dieter/weight losser or whatever you wanna call it 🤷🏿‍♀️, who has probably been trying to lose weight for up to 8 years now. I have suceeded once and then got depressed due to personal issues and gained everything I had previously lost and more back and have been struggling ever since. I have now been back on track now since about June and have lost 19 lbs so far with a whole lot more to lose and more determined then ever and aim to lose 17-20 lbs by January!!!!!
