Any suggestions / recipes for spaghetti squash?

I just started getting into it and love it. I've only tried it with butter, S&P and parmesan cheese. How do you like yours?

My first time trying it was with brown butter and parmesan, I fell in love too!

I've read a lot of cool ways to eat it like enchilada or taco boats. I've only made it a couple times but roasted it. The first time I made a bunch of roasted veggies then made a sauce of mushrooms, peppers, heirloom tomatoes, a little olive oil, onion, and fresh herbs and stuffed the halves with veggies then sauce. Ground Turkey, beef, chicken, or sausage would be good with that too. Few days ago I made a similar sauce with shallots and herbs from my garden with garbanzo beans and poured in the halves. I just added beans because I had no protein that day but it was really good. Black beans would've been better, especially with some cheese!

I like to roast cauliflower and add it to spaghetti squash, then add pesto sauce(I use store bought) and squeeze a lemon over it all.

I use it in place of pasta to make shrimp scampi.

Add black beans , cilantro, tomatoes, pico de Gallo , basically anything taco-ish. That’s how I do it.

I haven't made this recipe but was going to post that I made turkey taco meat with peppers, onions, and mushrooms and served over spaghetti squash, it was great! I also recently had black beans with chili seasoning over spaghetti squash, it was really good. Also had chicken salsa on it and that was great too. I've also made a sauce of heirloom tomatoes, garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and a bunch of fresh herbs in a little olive oil and topped. The first time I tried spaghetti squash it was served with brown butter and parmesan and I fell in love!
