It’s been April since our last post.....

How have you all been doing? For me, I tanked. I was an emotional eater (I won’t claim it anymore) and I fell off the grid again.... gained weight, felt discouraged and a failure.... stopped all the hard work I was doing to be healthy .....

But now I’m back! My restart was 8/19/19 and so far have lost 24lbs with 100 more to lose. I can’t let my disappointments in life and ever bad thing happen to me be the reason I’m slowly killing myself...so here I am again.... nothing beats a failure but a try.... no matter how many times you fall, you get back up again! Who else is sill out there?

    44 years old. Been losing the same 20 lbs for years. Just yo-yo all the time.

    This year alone i gained back 25 pounds in about 5 months.. I want to try losing that plus some. Its hard not feeling bad when nothing is fitting anymore and its hard getting back on the wagon. But I just started again this Sunday and I 've been doing good this week..

    My rule is give it about 60 seconds to feel bad. Then move from that. I’m proud of you, and you should be too! You got back up again and have had a productive week! Celebrate that! I’m right here with you!
