Im Esmeralda mommy of 2 daughter of 5 and son of 2. I live in atlnata ga would like to have 1 or 2 more babies but am battleing type 2 diabetes would like my goal is to lose 20 minimum. I on this mission to live a lobg healthy life for my babies who r my world. I really could use some motivation.. i picture reaching my goal but seem to always get stuck..
