    No I like to use a private Facebook group for those in the Challenge Group. It allows for easier interaction and sharing of information.

    I was just checking out the T25 the other day and was ready to start it. The idea of a group would definitely help keep me motivated. Hope a guy can join in the group as I mainly see women posting so far ... lol.
