New here

I started in August at 250 lbs and I'm currently at 218. I hit a small rut but think i got it figured out. I workout alone but according to this site having or being a motivational friend can lead to a higher success rate. I don't do social media so this is a new and different type of deal for me. I'm a 41 year old man in Michigan, I'm 6'5" and currently 218 lbs with I'm guessing 23 lbs to go but I'm gonna let the mirror make that decision for me.
