Do I have hope?

Currently pregnant right now but this is how my lower body is shaped. I want to get thicker thighs and the ilusión of more hips because I feel so skinny.
Have y’all had successfully looked thicker with weight training? Do I have hope once I am done delivering?

Wait until after you have the baby ... I suspect you might be surprised how much your body will change over the next few months.
Meanwhile check with your doctor about what you can do. You may be able to go for decent walks every day. Find out.2 -
You have asked about this so many times.
Focus on your pregnancy and delivery first, then follow the advice you got on all your other threads.11 -
You are pretty much guaranteed bigger hips with pregnancy (not an illusion, actual widening of the pelvic bones)...and there's a high likelihood of bigger thighs too since that is a common area for women to store extra fat, and your body will be trying to store extra fat for pregnancy and breastfeeding.0

Thanks girl. Do you think I look too narrowed from the bottom? Like for real?1 -

I really think you should think about therapy. This obsession you have with your hips and legs is not healthy.
After your baby is born you can focus again on weight loss. Keep doing your weight lifting.
Like we've said ten or two hundred times already.9 -
I’m just so insecure because I want to look curvy and I don’t have hips. If you would be in my shoes you’d understand. It sucks seeing girls with amazing hips and figures then I look at my top heavy small lower body and it gets to me. I just want to feel better about myself and I don’t think there’s nothing wrong with asking opinions cause I want to feel I can achieve my body goals without going under the knife.cmriverside wrote: »JanetReyna wrote: »tcunbeliever wrote: »You are pretty much guaranteed bigger hips with pregnancy (not an illusion, actual widening of the pelvic bones)...and there's a high likelihood of bigger thighs too since that is a common area for women to store extra fat, and your body will be trying to store extra fat for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

When we're over-weight none of us are happy with our bodies.
I had plenty of out-of-proportion bits when I was over-weight. I was in your shoes.
Seriously, can you talk to someone (other than us) about this? A counselor, therapist? This kind of thinking isn't good for you.
