anyone else had a bad weekend????

the birthday week has sent me over in cals... so much so that i havent tracked since last wednesday!! stayed out till 4.30am on wed, after eating and drinking myself stupid!!! phoned into work to book the day off, then had mcdonalds the next day, friday went out drinking with the girls and had pizza, went to the races saturday and had an indian, had french on sunday for my 30th, and then a party that night.... weighed myself this morning, and havnt put anything on!!! i am dreading getting back on the scales next week. Back on the wagon and tracking again, and no drinking!!

how was your weekend???

    Yes I had a bad weekend. I just needed it!
    But the good thing is, I lost no weight but my BMI still dropped by 0.4 and my body fat went down by 3%
    So I must have got something right.

    I think sometimes you do just need it!!

    I havent had a weekend like that since last year...... now i have heartburn, indegestion and feel whoosy and lethargic! good going with the BMI - mine must have been the socialising, walking and dancing i did that stopped me gaining!!

    I had a bad weekend too, but honestly, I couldn't have helped it!

    My little sister was pregnant, and at almost two weekes overdue, she was brought into hospital on Friday morning. I took Friday and Monday off work so that I could give mum a hand to sort everything out. Mum usually makes the dinner, but because we were going to the hospital we went to McDonalds :embarassed: Saturday wasn't much better! Sunday was alright until I heard my sis had given birth to a little girl, so I rushed out of the house hungry... Crisps and chocolate for dinner, and a scone at after 10pm!

    I tried to get back to eating healthily yesterday, and I almost managed it, although I ate a little too much bread.

    Today, I'm completely back on track :happy:

    I always blow it with alcohol, it's something I can get back off in a few days but it's awful not being able to resist it!! Plus, instead of losing I'm just fighting to get that off and then I'm back to square one. Lets do it this weekend!!

    I have gained 5lbs since last Wed. I will not take it and I will not log it. Because I wont let it stay that way.

    Its going to come to the point where I will not visit my parents or future inlaws until I am down another 10-15lbs.

    We can do it this weekend everyone! be strong... i have had dinner invitations already... but putting my foot down, going to have a relaxed cooking weekend this weekend, going to make some healthy banana muffins that can be frozen for breakfasts on the run!! good luck to you all, i know we can be strong enough... as for alcohol tempatation.... its my friends that are the temptresses!! might just tell them iam getting vodka and stick with diet coke.. lol x
