Yes. My early 20s. My metabolism was still able to take care of everything. At 23 it seemed to begin the decline.

I regret not taking full advantage of post-baby body and breastfeeding metabolism. It was soooooo much easier to lose weight and get back to my original numbers than it is now. Now I'm stuck 40 lbs heavier and I can't shake any of the weight. I lost it and it comes screaming back with a vengeance just by looking at a piece of bread.

    Being an adult sucks balls.

I wish i never bothered with 'fad' diets. Calorie counting is the only thing that has worked long term

following "just eat when you're hungry" advice.

Disclaimer: I know it varies by person, but for me this meant I wouldn't eat for most of the day and then overdo it with fast food and mochas. I have poor hunger cues. Better to plan things out.

Wish I started lifting in my teens.

    Ditto.

Wish I'd started when a couple of my classmates (undergrad) suggested that I get into lifting because I was "so lean" and I'd get "definition really fast". I really had no idea wtf they were talking about. :D

It took me about 25 years to follow that advice.

Nope. I made mistakes and I learned so much from them and I am better off now.
