I'm really struggling with deciding whether or not to eat the 1220 cals MFP suggested and eating more. I'm so confused and concerned about malnutrition. If I eat 1220 cals and then exercise off 200-400 cals, is that okay? Does your body lose nutrients when you exercise? I know that you may think that's a stupid question, but I know nothing about fitness or nutrition, so your help is appreciated. Thanks.

MFP already has a built in deficit. It expects you to eat back at least a portion of your exercise calories.0
