Friends with an Open Diary :)

Hello all. Starting up here again, and I would love some more friends for meal ideas and motivation. Bonus points if you have an open diary, and eat similarly to me (1800 cal, 35% protein, 35% fat, 30% carb) I could really use some meal ideas as I am struggling to get my protein up. If not looking to add friends any recipes or food ideas are welcome here :)

    I'm also struggling to get enough protein... I try to have Biltong or a Protein Bar as a snack daily. Tuna is great for protein, as well as Chicken Fillets. I normally add Shirataki Noodles to keep my carbs low. I'd also like some tips if anyone has any other ideas for more protein?

    I have higher protein goals as a percentage, personally. I also have an open diary. My calorie goal is much lower (I'm a short gal), so it's not as interesting as yours could be, but feel free to take a gander. If you'd like to be friends, feel free to send a request. Since I'm aiming for at least 125 grams of protein, it's not quite up to your 35% level (which I calculated to be 157.5), but there are days that I'm in the upper 130s.
