Lose weight, gain more weight, repeat...

Has anyone else run into gaining more weight after losing a bunch if weight? It sucks but it has happened for years. Usually I gain the weight back by turning to food for comfort or anxiety. I am too close to a point of no return. Back issues, heart issues, etc. I know if I try really hard I can do it. I have never reached out for support and encouragement but I'm trying it now. If anyone would like to assist and join my journey with me, then add me as a friend. Thank you everyone. Together we are stronger!

Actually, it’s very common. The statistics are that over 85% of people that lose weight, gain back within 5 years. Some gain even more weight. You are definitely not alone❤️
Maintenance is very difficult for me, more difficult than losing.3
