Hi all, I started using this app to track my calorie intact efficiently, and I found I really enjoyed using it! I stayed with it everyday, for several months now. Progress is SLOW, but at 35 and with my slow metabolism, that is to be expected. I follow a vegan diet and enjoy running and yoga. Best wishes to everyone on their way!
