Exercise video

Ok I am a female in my late 50’s and am trying to start a healthy lifestyle. 5 years ago I had a hip replacement and am unable to have full range of motion with that leg. I recently started cycling outdoors (like a casual 10-20 miles) but am looking for a 20-30 minute workout video that I can follow at the gym. I’m not in fantastic shape and many of the videos I have found on U-tube are either too short or too difficult. I’d prefer free but just want something to help me in this journey.

I like Leslie Sansone's walking videos. They are all over YouTube and have a range of lengths and some are even "boosted" with faster pace, running in place, or added resistance.2
